Terms of Service
You pay a flat monthly price, we produce and schedule your posts, and you own what we make for you. There is no contract on a monthly plan and no setup fee.

1. Who you are contracting with
These terms are between you and socialX, a growX company. In this document socialX, we and us mean socialX, and you means the business buying a plan.
socialX is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HighLevel, Inc. HighLevel is a product you separately license, and your relationship with HighLevel is governed by their agreement, not this one.
2. What the service is
socialX is a productized social media service sold on a monthly retainer to HighLevel SaaS resellers. On each plan we write and design a set number of posts per month, customize them to your brand at the level your plan specifies, and schedule them into your HighLevel Social Planner.
The posts we produce are for your own brand channels. We do not, at present, produce social media for your end clients under your brand. That is a separate service we have not launched.
What each plan includes
| Plan | Price | Posts per month | Platforms | Revisions | First batch |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $197 per month | 8 | 2 | 1 round per batch | Within 7 business days |
| Growth | $397 per month | 16, including 2 motion videos | 3 | 2 rounds per batch | Within 7 business days |
| Scale | $597 per month | 24, including 4 motion videos | 4 | Unlimited | Within 5 business days |
Motion videos run around 30 seconds. Growth and Scale include a monthly 30 minute call. Where this page and the pricing page differ, the pricing page is what you are buying.
3. What we need from you
We cannot start until you complete the intake form. It asks for your logo, brand colors, tone of voice and who you sell to. The turnaround times above run from the day we receive a complete intake form, not from the day you pay.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you give us. If you ask us to publish a claim about your own product, pricing or results, we take it as accurate and you remain responsible for it.
Access to your HighLevel account
To schedule posts we need restricted content manager access to the HighLevel sub-account where your own social profiles are connected. That is the narrowest role that can use the Social Planner.
We do not ask for, and will not accept, access to the sub-accounts you run for your own clients. You can revoke our access from HighLevel at any time. Revoking it stops us from scheduling, so the service cannot continue while it is revoked.
4. Revisions and approval
Each batch comes to you for approval before anything is scheduled. Your plan sets how many revision rounds are included, as listed above. A revision round means one consolidated set of changes across the batch, not one change per post.
If you do not respond to a batch within 10 business days we may schedule it as delivered so the month is not lost. We will tell you before we do.
5. Price, billing and cancellation
Plans are billed in advance. There is no setup fee. Monthly plans have no minimum term. Quarterly, half yearly and yearly cycles are discounted and are billed up front for the whole cycle, which is a commitment for that cycle.
You can cancel or pause a monthly plan at any time before your next billing date, and the service runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part of a period you have already used, and we do not refund a longer cycle part way through unless we have failed to deliver it.
We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days notice. A price change never applies to a cycle you have already paid for.
6. Who owns the work
Once a batch is paid for, you own the posts we made for you and may use them anywhere: your feed, your email, your sales deck, your onboarding. That ownership is yours outright and survives cancellation.
What stays ours is the underlying library, our templates, our processes and anything we produced before customizing it for you. We may reuse those with other customers. We may also show work we have produced for you as a sample, unless you tell us in writing not to.
Stock assets and fonts inside a deliverable carry their own licences, which pass to you on the same terms we hold them.
7. What we do not do
- We do not monitor or reply to comments, direct messages or reviews. Those stay with you.
- We do not run paid advertising, media buying or strategy retainers.
- We do not guarantee any level of reach, engagement, followers, leads or revenue. Nobody honestly can, and we do not publish figures we cannot source.
- We do not control the platforms. If LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X or HighLevel changes, breaks or suspends something, we will work around it, but we are not responsible for it.
8. Acceptable use
We will not produce content that is unlawful, that infringes somebody else's rights, that makes claims about your product we have reason to believe are untrue, or that implies an affiliation with HighLevel, Inc. that does not exist. We may decline a request on those grounds and will say why.
9. Confidentiality
We keep what you share with us confidential, including your pricing, your customer list and anything you show us inside your HighLevel account. We will not name you as a customer or show your work publicly without your written approval.
10. Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, neither side is liable to the other for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or indirect losses, and our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
11. Ending the agreement
You may stop at any time as described in section 5. We may stop serving you if you do not pay, if you use the service in a way section 8 prohibits, or if we withdraw the service entirely, in which case we refund any period you have paid for and not received.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update this page. If a change materially reduces what you get or what you are owed, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you may cancel before it does. The date at the top is when this version took effect.
